What credit score would fit in a sub prime loan?

i have a 650 credit score. i want to put 3-5% down. would be looking for a loan in the 250000 range. Also have 90000 in the market i want to use as collateral, but don’t want to touch for down payment. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
