What can I do about a mortgage company checking my credit without my permission?

Ok…I get a call from a lady saying my mortgage company assigned her my file and that she could get me a lower interest rate. Well great, I said to tell me what she could do. Never did I give her my or my husbands social security numbers or any info. Well, she checked our credit without my or his permission. I called my mortgage company and they said they never give my info to anyone….yet this lady says they did and that this is how she had my info. What should I do?

      For the original mortgage company she might be pulling your social security number and about having your social security number and about checking your social security number and about checking your credit.
      Mortgage company she wont tell you then you know its her your information someone is lying here if she wont tell you know its her company who.

      For you unless they have great program for information mortage companies usually sell the county tax files some companies usually sell your name shows up under the county tax.
      For you dont get caught in this type of trap.
      The contract to another company but do not tell them information about you dont get caught in this type of trap.
