Voting Question: can I sue bank for harassment?

I had a deal with bank for mortgages and Home equity line of credit. It took 10 months to finish the deal. The delay was from bank side and just because they were lazy. They would call me at work even though I told them not too call me. The even lied to me and misguided me. Can I sue the bank for some compensation for harassment, delay, misguidance, stress.
